By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Veya AI: Personal Assistants ("Veya AI", "the application", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application.
Veya AI is an artificial intelligence assistant application designed to help users create, learn, plan, write, organize, and explore ideas through AI-powered assistants. The application may provide features including personalized AI assistants, custom assistant creation, productivity tools, and other AI-powered experiences.
Veya AI uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate responses, suggestions, summaries, ideas, and other content. Depending on the feature being used, AI functionality may use Apple's Foundation Models and related on-device technologies or other technologies made available by the platform.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should independently review and verify AI-generated information before relying on it, particularly when the information may affect legal, medical, financial, safety, educational, professional, or other important decisions.
Veya AI is provided for general informational, educational, creative, and productivity purposes. Veya AI does not provide professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, safety, or other professional advice. Veya AI is not an emergency service and should not be used for emergency situations or as a substitute for emergency services, qualified professionals, or appropriate authorities. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional assistance when necessary.
You are responsible for how you use information, suggestions, content, and responses generated through Veya AI. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You should review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, educational, professional, or other important decisions. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated output for decisions that may result in financial loss, personal harm, legal consequences, or other significant outcomes.
Veya AI may allow users to create customized AI assistants using instructions, personalities, preferences, and other settings. You are responsible for the content, instructions, configuration, and purpose of the custom assistants you create.
You must not create or use custom assistants to facilitate illegal activities, generate unlawful or seriously harmful content, promote abuse or exploitation, or violate the applicable laws or rights of others.

Certain Veya AI features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.
Subscriptions and purchases made through Veya AI are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable purchase screen will present the available subscription, pricing, billing period, and other applicable purchase information.
Veya AI may rely on Apple technologies and third-party services to provide application functionality, analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, payments, and other features.
These services may include Apple Foundation Models and related on-device technologies, Google Firebase Analytics, Google Firebase Crashlytics, and Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase services.
The availability and functionality of third-party services may change over time.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Veya AI does not control the independent operation, availability, privacy practices, or policies of third-party service providers.
Where a feature involves processing by a third-party AI provider or service, Veya AI will provide applicable disclosures and obtain any consent or permission required by applicable law and Apple's requirements.
Your use of Veya AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled, including locally stored application content and information processed through applicable third-party services.
By using Veya AI, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable platform and third-party service requirements.
Veya AI may allow users to create, customize, save, or otherwise provide content, including prompts, instructions, preferences, custom assistant configurations, and other information ("User Content"). You retain responsibility for the User Content you provide or create through Veya AI.
You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to provide and use your User Content. You must not provide User Content that violates applicable laws or infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of another person or organization.
Veya AI does not claim ownership of your User Content solely because you use the application.
The Veya AI application, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interface, features, and related materials, are owned by Veya AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the application unless permitted by law or with written authorization.
Veya AI may generate text, suggestions, ideas, summaries, instructions, and other output ("AI Output") in response to your inputs. AI Output may not be unique. Similar or identical AI Output may be generated for other users.
You are responsible for reviewing AI Output and determining whether you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veya AI does not guarantee that AI Output is eligible for copyright protection or that your use of AI Output will not infringe the rights of a third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use, publication, distribution, or other use of AI Output complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, functionality, or services within Veya AI from time to time.
We do not guarantee that Veya AI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or free from errors, defects, or interruptions.
Third-party services and platform technologies used by Veya AI may also change or become unavailable, which may affect the availability or functionality of certain features.
Some Veya AI features may be experimental, under development, or provided as beta features. Such features may change, become unavailable, or operate differently over time.
By using experimental features, you acknowledge that they may not provide the same reliability as fully released features.
Veya AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that Veya AI, its features, AI-generated responses, recommendations, information, or other content will always be accurate, complete, current, reliable, secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors or defects.
Artificial intelligence technology may produce unexpected, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or incorrect results. AI Output should not be treated as guaranteed factual information or as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating and independently verifying AI-generated information before relying on it or taking action based on it, particularly where an error could result in financial loss, personal harm, legal consequences, or other significant outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veya AI and its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Veya AI, including damages arising from:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veya AI's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the application will be limited to the amount you paid to Veya AI for the application or applicable paid services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever applies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability of Veya AI that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Veya AI, or disable particular features, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Use, misused the application, created security or operational risks, engaged in unlawful activity, or otherwise used the application in a manner that may harm Veya AI, other users, or third parties.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action. However, we may act immediately where necessary to protect the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of Veya AI or to comply with legal requirements.
You may stop using Veya AI at any time by discontinuing use of the application or uninstalling it from your device.
Termination or discontinuation of your use of Veya AI does not affect provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, AI Output, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in Veya AI, our services, technology, legal requirements, third-party services, or business practices.
