Veya AI ("Veya AI", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Veya AI: Personal Assistants.
Veya AI does not require user registration, login, or account creation. AI conversations, prompts, responses, custom assistants, and other application content are designed to remain on your device when using applicable on-device AI features. Veya AI does not operate a cloud database for storing your AI conversations or locally stored application content.
By using Veya AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where Veya AI collects user or usage information for purposes requiring user consent, Veya AI will obtain consent through the applicable consent mechanism before or at the time of collection, as required by applicable law and Apple's requirements. Where applicable, you may manage privacy permissions through your Apple device settings or the controls provided by the relevant third-party service.
Veya AI does not require you to provide your name, email address, password, or other account information in order to use the application.
Information handled by Veya AI generally falls into two categories: information stored locally on your device and limited technical and usage information collected through third-party services used to operate and improve the application.

Veya AI provides AI assistant functionality using Apple's on-device artificial intelligence technologies, including Apple Foundation Models where supported.
For the applicable AI features, processing is performed locally on your compatible Apple device. Veya AI does not operate a cloud AI service that stores your conversations.
Your prompts, messages, instructions, preferences, responses, and other conversation content used by applicable on-device AI features are processed locally by the application and supported on-device AI technology. Veya AI does not intentionally send this content to Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.
Veya AI does not intentionally send your AI conversations or prompts to Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics for analytics or advertising purposes.
Veya AI may use Apple's Foundation Models framework and related on-device AI technologies to provide AI-powered features.
The applicable AI processing in Veya AI is designed to run on supported Apple devices without requiring your AI conversations to be uploaded to a Veya AI cloud server.
The availability and behavior of on-device AI features may depend on your device model, operating system version, Apple's technology availability, and other technical requirements.
Veya AI does not control Apple's independent privacy practices or platform-level processing. Users should review Apple's applicable privacy documentation for information about Apple's platform services.

AI conversations and other application content used by the applicable on-device AI features are processed locally and stored locally on your device.

Veya AI uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to understand application usage, monitor performance, identify technical problems, diagnose crashes, improve application functionality, and improve the stability and reliability of Veya AI.
Firebase Analytics may collect information about how users interact with Veya AI, including application usage events and certain application, device, or operating-system information. Depending on the Firebase configuration and SDK behavior, this information may include application version, app instance or installation identifiers, and other technical or usage information made available to the Firebase Analytics SDK.
Firebase Analytics information is used for application analytics, product improvement, performance monitoring, and related operational purposes.
Veya AI does not intentionally include or transmit your AI conversations, prompts, messages, instructions, responses, or custom assistant content in Firebase Analytics events or properties.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and related technical or diagnostic information, including crash traces, application version, operating system information, device information, application installation or instance identifiers, and other information made available through the Crashlytics SDK based on its configuration.
This information is used to diagnose crashes, identify technical issues, monitor application stability, improve performance, and improve the reliability of Veya AI.
Veya AI does not intentionally include or transmit your AI conversations, prompts, messages, instructions, responses, or custom assistant content in Crashlytics crash reports, logs, custom keys, or other diagnostic information.
Veya AI does not intentionally send your AI conversations, prompts, message content, custom assistant instructions, or AI-generated responses to Veya AI servers, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics.
The collection and processing of information by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is subject to Google's applicable privacy practices and terms. Retention of information collected through these services is determined by the applicable Firebase service, configuration, and retention settings.
Veya AI does not sell your personal information.
Veya AI does not use third-party advertising networks to display targeted advertisements within the application.
Veya AI does not intentionally use information collected through Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics to track users across third-party apps or websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
Veya AI does not intentionally share your AI conversations, prompts, messages, instructions, responses, or custom assistant content with advertising networks or data brokers.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may collect technical and usage information as described in this Privacy Policy for analytics, diagnostics, application improvement, and related operational purposes.
Subscriptions purchased through Veya AI are managed through your Apple Account and the App Store. You can view, manage, or cancel an active subscription through Apple's subscription settings.
Deleting the Veya AI application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel the subscription according to Apple's applicable cancellation requirements before the end of the current subscription period.
AI conversations, custom assistant information, preferences, settings, and other application content stored by Veya AI remain on your device until you delete, modify, or otherwise remove that information, or until the application's local data is deleted.
Veya AI does not maintain a cloud database containing this locally stored AI conversation or application content.
Information transmitted to Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may be retained according to the applicable Firebase service, configuration, settings, and retention practices.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of technical or usage information and the applicable Firebase service. Veya AI does not control the retention periods applied by Google to information processed through Firebase services.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
AI conversations and application content are stored locally on your device. You should use appropriate security protections on your Apple device, including a device passcode and other available security features.

Veya AI relies on certain Apple and third-party technologies to provide application functionality, analytics, diagnostics, and subscriptions.
The availability, functionality, processing methods, and policies of third-party services may change over time.
Veya AI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices, policies, or security measures of third-party providers. Users should review the applicable privacy policies and terms of Apple and Google/Firebase.
Veya AI does not require an account and does not maintain a cloud database containing your AI conversations, prompts, responses, custom assistants, or other application content stored locally on your device.
You can delete locally stored conversations and other applicable content using the deletion functionality provided within the application, where available.
You may also remove locally stored application data by deleting the Veya AI application from your device, subject to Apple's operating-system behavior and any backups you maintain.
Because Veya AI does not maintain an account or cloud database containing your locally stored AI conversations, there is generally no Veya AI cloud account containing those conversations that can be deleted.
Information that has already been transmitted to Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics is handled according to the applicable Firebase service's retention, deletion, and privacy practices. Veya AI may not be able to directly delete information that is maintained by Google through those services.
If you have a privacy question, believe that Veya AI has collected information that you would like reviewed, or wish to submit a privacy-related request, you may contact us using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. We will review and respond to the request as appropriate under applicable law.
Deleting the Veya AI application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. Subscription cancellation must be performed through Apple's App Store subscription settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our application, technology, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
